THINK POSITIVE
We cannot make stress go away but we can change the way we react towards it. An optimistic outlook at life can give a feeling of control. Take everything as a challenge and face it! Once you accomplish that task, put that achievement down in your diary and remind yourself of how you can do it the next time you feel discouraged.

SAY NO
Getting an unexpected job with an unexpected deadline might sway your perseverance but do not feel obligated to take on everything. It is alright to say no when you are overwhelmed. You are not wonderwoman wo lets be realistic. Do not afraid to ask for help!

MOVING IT
