I just fill news scroller at the bottom left of the index page.
I’ve found the News scroller free coding while googling.

Here i put the coding which taken from http://www.jpowered.com.

They are FREE as long you link to them. Yes you should. They are copyright and we have blogger manner.

There are three steps you should do to show news scroller at your page :

1. Add the following code where you would like the scrolling appear in the html page.

3. Upload this two scripts below in the same directory as the web page.

a. ‘jpscroll.js’
b. ‘jpscrollhere.js’

Put them in the same directory as the web page (without edit, otherwise they wont work)
